The problem
Existing videos and product assets needed to be recombined regularly, while manual processing made it difficult to keep asset organization and output formats consistent.
What I did
- Used an existing open-source video remix Skill as the framework and configured faster-whisper, FFmpeg, and an image generation API.
- Established file organization rules for product asset groups, transcripts, intermediate outputs, script checks, and finished-video archives.
- Documented the execution process as an SOP to support batch recombination and reuse.
Deliverables & results
Created step-by-step SOPs for environment setup and batch video remixing.
Documented how to combine finished videos with product introduction assets in different combinations.
What has been validated
My work involved configuring and adapting existing tools and standardizing the workflow, rather than independently developing a video remix engine. There is no validation data for ad performance, sales growth, or stability at production volume.
